Data collected
Data you provide (name, email, phone number, delivery address, billing data and optional profile information), chat messages and, with your consent, browsing data such as IP address, pages visited and language.
Purposes
Account management, online orders and delivery, invoicing, discount vouchers, chat support, push notifications (if enabled), statistics and service improvement.
Legal basis
Performance of contract, legal obligations, consent and legitimate interest under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card data.
Retention
Data is kept as long as needed for these purposes and for legally required periods (e.g. 10 years for accounting records).
